Adding a Script

There are two ways to add a new script.

From a Desktop

The easiest way to add a new script is from the desktop in which you’ll use the script. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Drag a script control onto the desktop.
  2. Click Desktop control menu cogwheel and then Properties.
  3. Under the Script name property, click Add.
  4. In the Name box, type a name for the script.
  5. Click SAVE.

The script is added to the same universe as the desktop.

From the Script Designer

You can also add a new script directly from the Script Designer. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. In the list of scripts, click Add. The Add Script section is shown.
  2. In the Name box, type a name for the script.
  3. In the Universe dropdown, select the universe to which this script should be added.
  4. Click Save.
