Handling Chats

Syntelate XA’s chat functionality lets you chat with your customers via an exchange of instant messages.

For you, all chats take place in Syntelate XA. For your customers, chats can take place via:

  • A web chat widget on your company’s web site
  • SMS messages sent via a cell phone
  • A social media platform (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)

Tip: Check that spell checking is turned on. See Using Spell Checkers.
