Logging in to Telephony

After logging in to a telephony workzone (in other words, a workzone set up to handle inbound and/or outbound calls), you’ll be prompted to log in to your telephone.

This lets Syntelate XA communicate with your telephone, and it also lets you control your telephone from Syntelate XA.

Note: Non-voice workzones — for example ones intended only for the handling of emails — do not require you to log in to a telephone.
