Transferring an Email Interaction Record

You can transfer an email interaction record to an agent or team leader.

Tip: If you want to make some notes before you transfer an email, type in the Notes box.

  1. To transfer the email to a specific agent, select their name from the Transfer to dropdown and then click the TRANSFER EMAIL button.
  2. To transfer the email to a team leader, click the TRANSFER TO TEAM LEADER button.

Note: If the email to be transferred is one that you have just composed and flagged to be sent On close (including park or transfer), when you click one of the transfer buttons, a prompt will ask you to confirm that you wish to send this email.
