Viewing Details of the Customer's Device

For web chats, Syntelate XA can show you details of the customer’s device and how they connected to the web chat. This includes information such as:

• IP address
• Device
• Operating system
• URL of the web page from which the customer opened the web chat
• Time zone

Your desktop can be configured to show this information.
