Inserting Smart Text

There are two ways to insert smart text into your message:

• Using the Smart text menu
• Typing the smart text code into the message box

Using the Smart Text Menu

To insert smart text using the Smart text menu, follow these steps:

1. Click to open the Smart text menu.
2. Click a smart text category to expand it.
3. Click a smart text title to display the smart text.
4. Click the smart text to insert it.

Using the Message Box

To insert smart text directly from the message box, you must know the smart text code. If you know this, follow these steps:

1. Start typing the smart text code into the message box. All matching smart text pops up above the message box.

   

   Note: In the screenshots above, the smart text codes are SIGNOFF2, SIGNOFF3, and SIGNOFF4.

2. Click the smart text that you want to insert.
