Report Summarizer

Report Summarizer is a new Syntelate XA connector, powered by OpenAI, that's available for the Syntelate XA Dashboard Desktop. When Report Summarizer is switched on, dashboard desktop users can click a button to generate a summary of a tabulated report and can copy the summary to the clipboard.

Dropdown Control

A search feature has been added to the Syntelate XA Designer dropdown control to let users quickly find what they need on an agent desktop or a configuration desktop. Users can enter text directly into the dropdown to search the list. As the user enters text, Syntelate XA displays any matching items. See Dropdown for details.

Behavior of Email Rules

In addition to running when new inbound emails are received, Syntelate XA email rules now also run for inbound emails that are replies chained to an earlier email. And, the interaction record for that chain will remain closed, unless the email rules specify otherwise.

In previous versions of Syntelate XA, rules were not run for chained replies and the interaction record for that chain was opened when the chained reply was received.
