Chatbot
Your company may use a chatbot with web and social media chat. Our default chatbot is called Niso, but your company may rename this to something else.
Where a chatbot is implemented, when a customer starts a chat they will be connected to the chatbot. The chatbot will try to answer the customer’s questions.
If the customer asks a question that the chatbot can’t answer, the chat will be transferred to an agent in Syntelate XA.
